Living in the Now

Don't get swallowed up by yesterday. It's easy to stay there. When tragedy or death hits, many of us stay there and wallow. Why? Because, it's easy!! It's so much easier to simply just be.....than it is to rise up and move forward. That takes strength and determination. It requires us to check our mental, and make a conscious effort and commitment to overcome what is in front of us.  

Every time you find yourself STUCK....think of all the reasons you have to get moving. We can't rewind the hands of time. Your destiny is up to you from this moment forward. Make each moment beautiful 💜
