Criticism

Who likes when somebody criticizes them? Nobody! No one wants to be judged. How many people cringe at the idea of getting feedback....constructive...yeah right. Most people are not capable of giving positive feedback to others. We tend to go right in for the kill. It's like you've been waiting for this moment...thank goodness they finally asked what you think...now you can unleash all those petty ideas in your head and justify it by saying well, they asked. STOP IT!!! We live in a world where people actually value what others think or say about them. It really matters. So the next time someone asks...be positive!!
