Girl meets guy...things are going smoothly. They are hanging out and having fun...then all of a sudden...

One of her girls text her with some juicy gossip at 1:30 am while she's kicking it with her new boo thing. He turns to her and asks...who the hell is texting you at this time of night...she laughs like boy you crazy.

next week she's out at the mall with her friends and he is texting her...she doesn't respond immediately, because SHE is a Girl..at the MALL with friends.  He catches an attitude and texts her some off the wall messages.

she hits him up later...like what's wrong with you and he gives her the silent treatment....

There are lot of RED FLAGS here that she is overlooking...

1. jealous

2. controlling

3. emotionally abusive (silent treatment as punishment)

It's important to be able to IDENTIFY red flags and NOT overlook them or dismiss them. This will lead to BIG problems long term.
