Why you should say the Hell with OTHER people's expectations

Everybody has at least one person they look up to. And with that comes the pressure to meet their expectations or make them proud. Hear me clearly....to hell with that!! We get caught up living for other people that we get ourselves caught up in situations that are not meant for us. And, as badly as you want to make it seem like their fault, it's really NOT! I chose, you chose....to do it! Even though you knew and I knew deep down that's not what we wanted to do or that we weren't feeling it. This is YOUR life and you are FREE to choose your own path and live for you! Create your own destiny! Those people on the sideline trying to get you to do this or that will be okay. You will get the guilt trips...take it with a grain of salt and keep it moving!! I've dealt with this my entire life and it's exhausting as hell....parents can be your biggest fans or naysayers.....especially if they are CONTROL FREAKS and want to control every aspect of your life. You only get one life. Live it like tomorrow isn't promised....because it's NOT...
