Exercise frequency....or even to start...
Meditating....Great for anxiety or stress
Saving...
Taking time out for yourself...
Taking better care of your mental health....
Applying for that new job...
Adding something sexy to your wardrobe....

Whatever it is....make strides towards it daily!

Shed old / bad habits
Create some new and positive ones

Decide on something that you would like to change for the better and just DO IT!
We only get one life to live and it's up to us to do our part!
We can't control other people so don't get caught up in that part as it will only hinder your progression....
